It’s about to be war between Katherine Jackson and Debbie Rowe. Debbie just gave a recent interview where she said, “I want my children.”

And the custody battle begins now.

According to NBC 4 in Los Angeles, Debbie told reporters, “I want my children.” She also said that she would seek a restraining order to keep child beater, Joe Jackson, away from her kids.

She also said that she would submit to DNA testing to prove that she’s their biological mother.

A snitch revealed to us exclusively that Debbie has one trick up her sleeve: Apparently she has a letter stating that if anything ever happens to Michael, the kids are hers. I expect that’ll be her trump card in court.

Michael Jackson will soon be laid to rest. His funeral is scheduled for 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. The Nokia Theater, located directly next door, will also be used along with gigantic screens outside for the expected thousands of fans who will not be able to get in without tickets. Thats right - I said tickets. Fans who want to be apart of the King of Pop’s funeral will have to dish out $25 a pop for tickets in order to pay their respects to their icon. Friends and family of the fallen star will be sitting on the main floor, while ticket holders will have seats located in the stands. The memorial service will have a concert feel, featuring guest speakers and streaming music and video. Fans who are able to get their hands on tickets will also be able to buy “This Is It” tour paraphernalia outside the center as they are entering the service. Jacksons close friends, like Elizabeth Taylor and Diana Ross, are expected to attend.

Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus was scheduled to move into the Staples Center to set up for their circus starting the following day but has been asked to postpone doing so for a few hours. Rumors are circulating that the circus is now on standby with the service being followed by a parade of elephants and circus performers, but Ringling Bros. has a different story.

“We will not be taking part in the memorial service,” spokesperson Stephen Payne confirmed. “We are prepared to make any logistical changes with equipment and such to help out.”

The latest word is there will be no open casket viewing. Thank common sense for that. His death has become a media frenzy as it is, so at least they are letting him rest in peace in some way.

She’s using this and the breakup rumors just for press. She’s still banging Brian, I’d bet money on it. Shia LaBeouf isn’t doing anything except talk about sex with his mother, someone’s gotta promote the movie by releasing stupid quotes and pulling dumb shenanigans.

The former “American Idol” queen turned country starlet, Carrie Underwood, attended a pre-Grammy party in all her spray tanned glory. Whiteny Port recently wore the Pamella Roland dress in New York at a fashion based event.

Arriving at the nightclub with her hubby, football star, Ashley Cole Cheryl looked like the cat that got the cream.

It wasn’t just Cheryl making the headlines though - Simon set tongues wagging by turning up with ex flame, Terri Seymour.

It was like a ‘whose who’ from the X-Factor with co-judges Louis Walsh and Dannii Minogue gracing Cheryl with their presence…but the host, Dermot O’Leary was mysteriously absent. I’m pretty sure his contract was renewed…

Robert Pattinson can’t go anywhere without being mobbed by girls and now his family is speaking out - telling him to stay away from Twilight co-star and girlfriend Kristen Stewart.

In an interview with Life and Style magazine, Rob’s aunt Diana Nutley expressed her hope that the British hunk wouldn’t date his on-screen lover Kristen Stewart.

“I don’t think it would be a good idea for Robert to be in a serious relationship with Kristen. How can he live his life with a fellow star, with their every move being watched just like Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes?

He’s only 23 and probably won’t get married until he’s 40, if he’s got any sense.”

I can’t imagine what started the little feud that’s going on between Brooke Hogan and Heidi Montag, but I can’t imagine it’s good.

What is good, however, is the hilarity that ensues from such a feud. These two dimwits have just supplied us with material good enough to give us something to laugh at for the next month.

We thought it was sickening enough when we saw the U.K. version of OK! magazine. They published the final photo of Michael Jackson en route to the hospital via ambulance. No one is sure whether Michael was alive or dead at that time, but that just makes it that more gruesome.

We are appalled, seriously.

If that wasn’t bad enough, the U.S. version of the magazine has followed suit and placed the same image on the front cover here, as well.

I guess the first cover didn’t generate enough heat from Michael Jackson fans, so they’ve decided to push the tasteless envelope AGAIN?

This is NOT how we pay tribute to the King of Pop.

Surely money can’t be an issue for music mogul Simon Cowell but if it was then he’d be chuffed as nuts at his latest pay packet.

According to the Daily Mail newspaper bosses at Fox have offered Cowell a staggering $144 million for the next series of American Idol.

This will secure that the 49 year old stays with the talent show till next year when his contract is up for renewal.

Cowell whose worth an estimated £120 million is in talks with the boss of high street fashion chain, TopShop - Phillip Green to set up their own entertainment company…

…because £120 million isn’t enough you know!
