The Mentalist returns to CBS tonight with a new episode called, “The Great Red Dragon.”

On tonight’s episode, following the shocking events at Jane’s house, the Red John list is narrowed down further, and the CBI’s priority is the remaining suspects. Did you watch last season week’s episode? If you missed it and want to catch up, you can read our full and detailed recap RIGHT HERE!!

On last week’s show, it revolved around the cult group Visualize. We learned much more about Visualize’s deeper connection with Red John, and whether Bret Stiles knew who Red John was, or was he Red John himself. Jane brought together the remaining Red John suspects after he got a hold of the final clue, and he hoped this gathering will allow him to identify the elusive serial killer.

“The Mentalist” stars Golden Globe Award nominee Simon Baker as Patrick Jane, an independent consultant with the California Bureau of Investigation (CBI), who has a remarkable track record for solving serious crimes by using his razor-sharp skills of observation. Within the Bureau, Jane is notorious for his blatant lack of protocol and his semi-celebrity past as a psychic medium, whose paranormal abilities he now admits he feigned. His last act in playing a psychic was to challenge the serial killer Red John on television. The killer then murdered Jane’s wife and daughter and now Jane longs for revenge, having narrowed down Red John’s identity to seven possible suspects.

Be sure to tune in for our live coverage of CBS’ The Mentalist – Season 6 Episode 7 “The Great Red Dragon” — tonight at 10PM EST!
