Emma Watson is in early talks to star as Disney‘s Cinderella.
According to Variety, Cate Blanchett is already set to play the wicked stepmother and Kenneth Branagh is set to direct the flick.
Watson has kept very busy since playing Hermione in the “Harry Potter” franchise.
Watson’s kept busy, appearing in My Week with Marilyn and The Perks of Being a Wallflower. She’s also set to star in the upcoming film The Bling Ring, as well as Darren Aronofsky’s Noah.
Emma isn’t the only one to bag a classic role. Daniel Radcliffe is in final talks to play the hunchback lab assistant Igor in the new Frankenstein remake.
