Miley Cyrus Performs ‘Rebel Yell’ For ‘VH1 Divas’ (Video)

Miley Cyrus hit the stage at the Los Angeles’ Shrine Auditorium to cover Billy Idol‘s 1983 classic “Rebel Yell“.

Miley wore a skintight long-sleeved midi dress with cutout details on one side that revealed lots of skin.

With her platinum blonde locks, she even looked a bit like Billy Idol.

She belted out the first few notes of the track while standing at the edge of the stage, under a spotlight, before diving backwards into the crowd.

After crowd surfing for a bit Miley was delivered to the main stage, where flames erupted and dancers locked in cages did their best to escape.

The crotch grabbing was a bit much, no?

As Miley wrapped her pyro-laden performance, she said “That was for you, Lila,” paying tribute to her puppy that sadly died earlier this week.

Channeling but not copying Idol, Cyrus was electric, and got the sluggy and bored audience pumped. Should have had more duos, that was missing. So much of it was booooring. Ciara and Adam were also lots of fun.
