Kelly Clarkson Got Engaged! (Photo)

American Idol superstar Kelly Clarkson finally got engaged!

The singer announced her engagement to boyfriend Brandon Blackstock yesterday on Twitter.

After about a year of dating, Blackstock, 35, popped the big question to the 30-year-old singer.

“I’M ENGAGED!!!!! I wanted y’all to know!! Happiest night of my life last night! I am so lucky and am with the greatest man ever :)” tweeted Clarkson.

Later in the day Kelly tweeted a picture of her engagement ring (see above), a yellow canary diamond surrounded by regular diamonds.

“Everyone has been asking about my engagement ring, so here it is :) It’s a yellow canary diamond with diamonds around it and Brandon designed it with Johnathon Arndt! They did an amazing job! I can’t wait to make Brandon’s ring with Johnathon as well!”
