The X Factor Season 2 Live Results Show Recap 11/15/12

The X Factor Season 2 Live Results Show Recap 11/15/12The X Factor USA returns tonight to FOX with a whole new episode. On tonight’s elimination show hosts Khloé Kardashian Odom and Mario Lopez reveal the results of America’s votes and one finalist is sent packing on an all new Live Results Show. The top 12 will be down to the Top 11. Did you watch last night’s diva-licious episode? We did and we recapped it her or you.

Last night, the second official X-Factor USA live shows aired. The Diva’s Week theme proved too much for most of the contestants, but the handful of standouts delivered unlike they’ve ever delivered before. In our opinion the winner of the evening was Carly Rose Sonenclar – Mentored by Britney Spears She sang – My Heart Will Go On by Celine Dion – The mother of all songs, the grandfather of vocals, and the sister of film themes. Carly, oh our darling Carly! How courageous you were to take on this mega hit!

No one else in this competition even touches the sphere of Carly Rose Sonenclar. Her vocals weren’t human, her performance wasn’t from this world, and her emotions were far, far beyond her years. Carly was the first vocalist in X-Factor’s history to bring me to tears – and I don’t cry easily. OUR SCORE – 10 out of 10. Didn’t agree with our scores? Think we got it wrong? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.

On tonight’s show we find out which act will be sent packing on the all-new “LIVE Results” episode of THE X FACTOR USA. Tonight pop superstar Taylor Swift will grace THE X FACTOR stage. The 22-year-old star will perform her newest single, “State of Grace” from her fourth album Red. The single is the follow-up to her smash hit, “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together.”
