Miley Cyrus’ Los Angeles home was invaded by an armed man!

After allegedly jumping her fence and trying to force his way into her home clutching a pair of scissors, he was arrested by police.

What was he going to do with the scissors? How scary!

Video obtained by TMZ shows police detaining the potential assailant inside Miley’s property, after spotting him hiding in the bushes.

In the video, he tells the officers that his name is Jason Rivera and that he is carrying scissors in his back pocket.

The more than strange individual was wearing a large red heart on a necklace around his neck.

The suspect reportedly said he was Miley’s friend and that he was waiting for her to come home.

He then started lighting candles outside, saying they had been secretly married for years.

Luckily, Miley wasn’t home at the time.

Meanwhile, Miley Cyrus had more police to deal with over her style at the MTV Video Music Awards.

This weekend, Miley was just one of the big stars to be ticketed, and some may say torched, by the Fashion Police.
