Gabby Douglas Will Guest Star On ‘The Vampire Diaries’ (Photo)

Olympic gold medal gymnast Gabby Douglas will make her small screen debut on the CW Network’s The Vampire Diaries.

Gabby won’t be playing herself, the network confirmed; although no word yet on who/what her character will be.

Nina Dobrev hinted at Douglas’ Atlanta visit on Tuesday evening, when she tweeted: “@gabrielledoug is coming to The Vampire Diaries set tomorrow! Cant wait to meet and work with you girl! Dont forget to bring your bling!”

She followed it up Wednesday morning by writing to her 2.75 million followers: “First thought at 530am when I woke up this morning : “What to wear when meeting an Olympian Gold Medalist?”

In August, the cast of “The Vampire Diaries” made a congratulatory video following Douglas’ gold medal performance in the Olympic all-around gymnastics finals.

Looks like the fandom is mutual.

Gabby’s episode is slated to air November 29th.
