Amanda Bynes… welcome to the Hot Mess Hall of Fame!

The former Nickelodeon star has been caught smoking what seems to be marijuana while driving on a suspended license.

Photographers caught Bynes smoking out of a piece shaped to look like a cigarette lighter in a car!

Photos also show that Amanda’s car is a mess! There seems to be marijuana remnants in a cup holder, trash everywhere, stains on the seat, empty bottles and other disgustingness.

According to TMZ, Amanda began her wild journey at Baja Fresh in the San Fernando Valley, where she smoked weed and ate tacos.

Then Bynes went to a spa for 3 hours… weird right?

Later she reportedly drove aimlessly around Los Angeles for several hours until she reached a Home Depot where she took another hit from her pipe in the parking lot!

Not only is Amanda smoking weed all over town, but she is driving on a suspended license!

Bynes’ license was suspended on August 25 due to her refusal of a sobriety test during a DUI bust in April.
