Randy Jackson Will NOT Return As Judge On ‘American Idol’

American Idol” has just lost its final original judge, Randy Jackson!

Jackson, who has been with the show since its inception back in 2002, will finally be stepping down from the judging table… but he won’t be going far.

Instead of ditching the show completely, Randy will be staying on not as a judge, but as a mentor.

Sources connected to the show are revealing that while producers are not completely sold on the idea of having Randy as a mentor, but they know he is the glue that keeps the show together…Dawg!

Nicki Minaj will be Randy’s replacement and her deal is rumored to be about 99% done, although nothing is certain especially if Mariah Carey has a say in it.

Also it has been confirmed that the show will once again have a 4th judge and the producers are looking for someone from the country music industry.

As for the remaining empty seat, that is still in the air. What is known though is that Kanye West and Diddy are officially not joining.

Yo dawg it’s going to be real sad not having Randy on the show dawg for real!

Sorry I had to.
