If you thought Lindsay Lohan was just being picked on again, you’re wrong.

Lindsay has transitioned from a bystander, to person of interest, to a suspect since cops were called to investigate a jewelry theft at a party she attended last weekend.

There was a $100,000 worth of watches and sunglasses stolen from the residence.

Sources told TMZ, law enforcement officials have “independent witnesses” who can pinpoint Lohan as having been involved in the crime.

A rep for the actress, who is still on probation through May 2014 for her 2011 theft of a $2,500 necklace, could not be reached for comment.

Oh, Lindsay.
