Forbes has released its annual list of top paid celebrities, and Oprah is the queen!

The daytime legend was the highest-paid celebrity for the fourth year in a row with $165 million earned between May 2011 and May 2012.

While Oprah is the only woman in the top 10, according to Forbes:

“Her reign might not last much longer as this is the last year we’ll count any of her syndication money.”

Close behind was movie director Michael Bay, whose action-packed adventure flick “Transformers: Dark of the Moon” released last year, helped him earn $160 million.
