Chris Brown has dyed his hair blue.

The 23-year-old revealed his blonde colored hair with what appears to be a thick strip of blue covering his mini-mohawk.

Attractive, right?

To go with the new blue hairs, Chris also has a new tattoo in the works.

Chris was spotted with the beginnings of some new ink.

The image was posted on the singers tumblr account and appears to show a woman’s face covered with what looks like flowers and tears.

A possible reference to Rihanna?

Meanwhile, a rep for Brown has denied that the singer will be performing at the 2012 MTV Video Music Awards.

“He’s not attending due to another commitment. Nothing more. No story here.”

I’m sure Chris Brown‘s rep is just altogether sick of dealing with the media in regards to his client.

The 2012 MTV Video Music Awards are set to air on September 6th.
