True Blood Season 5 Episode 5 'Let's Boot and Rally' Recap

Tonight on HBO is an all new episode of True Blood. Tonight’s season 5, episode 5, show is called ‘Let’s Boot and Rally.’ If you missed last week’s show called “We’ll Meet Again” we have a full and detailed recap here for you.

On last week’s episode Eric and Bill were sure the search for Russell was a suicide mission. If they don’t find Russell The Vampire Authority will kill them and if they do Russell may kill them.

They both put their affairs in order – Eric released Pam and Bill tells Jessica she has done him proud (we shed a few tears). The two continued their search trying to find out who let Russell out of the cement.

On tonight’s show With time running short, Bill and Eric enlist Sookie to probe for clues on Russell’s hiding place. Unable to deal with the demon magic inside him, Lafayette calls out to Jesus’ spirit for help. Patrick Devins (Scott Foley) and Terry are held hostage in a bunker belonging to their Iraq War buddy Brian Eller (Brian Geraghty).

Jason wakes to a disturbing dream. Meanwhile Jessica tries to convince Tara why it is so great to be a vampire. She tells Tara they are going to live forever, they are going to be young forever, the world is wide open to them. Tara looks less than impressed when Jessica starts off her pitch to her, but by the end it looks like she may be a bit happier. Perhaps Tara will finally accept her vampire-ism

Tonight’s episode is going to be an exciting one, that you won’t want to miss, so be sure to tune in for our live coverage HBO’s True Blood tonight at 9PM EST! While you wait for our recap hit the comments and let us know what you think of True Blood season 5, so far!
