Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes have just settled their divorce!

Although speedy, this divorce agreement has been quite the legal battle between the spouses’ lawyers.

According to Katie’s lawyer, Jonathan Wolfe, “This case has been settled and the agreement has been signed. We are thrilled for Katie and her family and are excited to watch as she embarks on the next chapter of her life.”

One contingency of the agreement was that Tom would not settle unless he received “meaningful, significant” contact with his daughter Suri.

“We thank Tom’s counsel for their professionalism and diligence that helped bring about this speedy resolution,” adds Wolfe.

Well, that was easy. I mean it’s Scientology, you’d think there would at least be an animal sacrifice or two.
