While you are watching the elite of the world’s elite twirl around a pommel horse and getting deductions for not having pointy enough toes, one gymnast is having a nude photo scandal. Danell Leyva has been trading naughty photos with several different women.

According to Deadspin, a woman claims the Olympian is “playing” women for nude photos. A 20 year old woman from Miami gave the site a plethora of photos teasing a full nude shot of Leyva. Exactly how he “played” her is a mystery to me. Obviously he delivered his goods on a platter of Boss underwear. Maybe she wanted to talk afterwards and he turned on some reruns of ‘Friends.’

So says a woman who came to us this afternoon with an offer to “submit some risque photos of Danell Leyva.” The woman asked for nothing in return. She says she had “some in underwear and some nudes” of the 20-year-old Miami native, some of which have already appeared on the internet. The woman says Leyva had “sorta played” her on a promised photo exchange, and that he’s done this to other women, too.

The site also mentions that this is coincidentally timed with his interview with Ryan Seacrest. Lets all raise a suspicious eyebrow. I am sure more photos are coming and will also be conveniently timed.

Danell isn’t the only athlete to have his personal problems go public. Michael Phelps was the spotlight in the last world competition for the gold and had his fame littered with drunk driving incidents as well as being caught with pot. As for a naughty photo scandal, the human Flipper showed off his “physique” while demonstrating a new swimming suit concept.
