Katie Holmes is free at last… or so we think.

The recently separated and soon-to-be divorced Holmes fears that spies from the church of Scientology are following her around.

According to a close source, Katie feels that since filing for divorce from Tom Cruise, the church now sees her as a threat to the organization and has people watching her every move!

Apparently, this isn’t just crazy talk! Paparazzi who have photographed Holmes say that there are “several mysterious men and vehicles” that follow the actress around and always park near her apartment.

Sources specifically identify a white Cadillac Escalade and a black Mercedes SUV that have been hanging around her home for the past week.

The church of Scientology has publicly denied that they have anyone keeping tabs on Katie Holmes… hmm that’s what they’d want us to believe!
