Kate Gosselin wants to find true love and like any normal, red-blooded American she has turned to reality TV.

The divorced mother of 8 has signed on to film a dating show and is looking to find Mr. Right… or some more camera time.

The show has yet to be picked up by a network.

“She is ready to find love again and to move on from her past,” a source reveals.”She’s excited. This is a chance to start something new.”

As we all know, Kate, her former husband and their eight children were thrust into the spotlight when they started their reality show Jon & Kate Plus 8.

The marriage eventually fell apart and a less than entertaining show, Kate Plus 8, was created and later canceled in 2011.

But Kate is back and ready to find a new man, as long as the cameras are rolling.

An insider said that Kate “is willing to travel around the country in order to meet Mr. Right” because it’s hard for her to meet men in her everyday life.

“She looks fantastic,” the source adds. “She’s in fantastic shape because of all her marathon training. This feels like the right time for her.”

So this is the part of the story when I say “Who would be crazy enough to fall in love with a woman with 8 kids?”

But I think we all know there are some fame hungry and/or crazy people out there who are already in line to sign up.
