What the heck is going on with the Jackson family?

First Katherine Jackson is reported missing, then there were reports that Michael Jackson’s siblings were trying to take over his estate and now it’s being reported that Michael’s current executors are trying to seek guardianship of his kids!

The executors are currently going to court to move for a temporary guardian for MJ’s 3 children: Paris, Michael Jr. and Prince.

According to sources, legal documents are being drafted for an unknown person to take over guardianship of the kids.

The same person is apparently also filing papers claiming Katherine, the current legal guardian, has been kidnapped by Michael’s siblings.

Sources say that the executors feel that they are responsible for protecting the children because they are the primary beneficiaries of MJ’s estate.

About a week ago Katherine was “kidnapped” by her children Janet, Jermaine, Randy, Rebbie and Tito as part of their plan to convince her that Michael’s will was a fraud and that the executors should be let go.

This left MJ’s kids without a legal guardian.

But here’s the thing, even if the Jackson siblings had the will thrown out, they still wouldn’t receive any cash because the previous also leaves them nothing.

So what’s the point?

This family is such a mess.
