If the end of the world was coming, I think I’d be a little scared, but that wouldn’t stop me. I’d visit my family, and try to see places I haven’t seen before.
If I knew the world was about to end, I would eat whatever I wanted to eat without regard to calories, then go on a shopping spree and max out my credit cards.
If the world was about to end, I would do things I’ve never dared to do before, and otherwise I wouldn’t do. Like buy a monkey. Or go bungee jumping, making a ridiculous video of me singing Happy Birthday Mr. President and hope it goes viral. Eat a pufferfish. You get the idea. lol yestfl@hotmail.com
I think I would spend the time with my family partying like it’s New Year’s Eve!
I would find a place to watch the end of the world happen, and when it was done I’d help build the new one. No need to be negative :):):)
I’d eat everything I have ever actually wanted to eat and I’d get fat!
I’d get a party bus and have all my friends and family join me for a road trip across the country. It would be fun to explore new places, eat new food and just have fun with the people who I care about the most!!
If I knew that the world was about to end, I’d probably say the things I’d always wanted to say but never had the audacity to with that apocalyptic nudge. Anything that would ease any sense of regret that I might feel during those final minutes!
And, since I’ve been on Atkins for years, I’d carb myself to the breaking point. People would be happy the world was ending because once I got done, there wouldn’t be a single grain left for anyone else to consume.
The wonderful film “Seeking a Friend for the End of the World” provides the answer to this question, and one I would follow – to be with your special one you love, just cherishing the final moments. Leading up to that, we’d “borrow” a boat/yacht, head out and find some gorgeous little remote island with nobody around (no riots etc), and spend the last days soaking in and contemplating the magnificence of the universe, the stars, life, and love.
We’d pack up the kids, head to somewhere warm, invite the family and watch the sky fall with everyone near.
