Is there something going on between One Direction’s Niall Horan and Demi Lovato that we don’t know about?

It is being rumored that the 18-year-old boy band member is smitten with the 19-year-old, former Disney starlet and there might be a romance forming!

The two stars are now texting each other every day and Niall has even sent her flowers.

“He’s very keen. He’s been sending her flowers. She thinks he’s really cute,” says a source. “She can’t wait to get to know him properly when he’s finished with the One Direction tour at the beginning of July.”

Niall seems to have a way with the ladies. A while ago we told you about how he was caught flirting with Selena Gomez which caused Justin Bieber to have a jealousy-induced, temper tantrum.

This is all very adorable, but there is one thing you might find less then appropriate. Apparently, Simon Cowell is all for the relationship and is even pushing Demi to go for it like it’s an arranged marriage or something!

“Demi’s being spurred on by Simon, who finds the whole thing very amusing,” reveals the source.

“He’s also adoring the publicity it’s giving both his band and The X Factor, it’s a win-win.”

Oh Simon, you always get what you want don’t you?
