“That 70’s Show” actor, Wilmer Valderrama is a bad neighbor and now there’s a lawsuit to prove it.

One of Wilmer’s neighbors is fed up with the former star’s antics and has finally filed a lawsuit against him.

The disgruntled neighbor is suing because apparently “loud and disturbing noises” are constantly emanating from the Valderrama home day and night.

According to the suit, Bruch Eichenbaum claims that he is subjected to extremely annoying and loud noises caused by partying, vehicle traffic and barking dogs all coming from Wilmer’s Tarzana, California home.

The neighbor also says that he has called the police on Valderrama multiple times, sent him many letters and has called him several times since 2007 and yet the noises continue.

And to top it all off, Eichenbaum claims that his garage and yard became flooded due to Wilmer having his guest house refurbished last year.

Eichenbaum claims mental, physical and nervous pain and suffering and is seeking monetary damages and a permanent injunction that will force Valderrama to keep the noise down.

So is Wilmer Valderrama super annoying or is this just a case of a cranky neighbor?
