It is just being reported that Gwen Stefani passed out today and an ambulance was called!

Reports say Stefani was at her son Kingston’s school carnival when she lost consciousness due to unknown causes.

A security guard from the event reveals that an ambulance rushed over and EMT’s checked her out before advising her to go home.

Stefani’s assistant then took her and her kids home. The No Doubt singer apparently did not seek further medical treatment after leaving the school event.
