A new episode of Fashion Star airs tonight and tonight’s episode is called ‘Mentor’s Choice.’ We are down to eight designers left and the competition is really heating up.

Barbara, Orly and Sarah faced the buyers one last time and they decided that Barbara was going home, maybe they didn’t like her “I’m a breast cancer survivor and I was born with club feet” joke. If you missed the episode you can read our full and detailed recap here.

On tonight’s show we are down to the final eight designers and it is Mentor’s Choice. The mentors Jessica Simpson, Nicole Richie and John Varvatos go beyond mentoring and get to pick what the designers will create.

I cannot wait to see what they choose. According to the promo – we will get to see what happens when the buyers don’t buy in – apparently they don’t like one of the mentor’s ideas.
