Amanda Bynes was arrested for drinking and driving early this morning.

Reportedly, Amanda tried to pass a police car at around 3:00 a.m. this morning in West Hollywood, but failed when she scraped the side of it. Needless to say, the officer wasn’t happy about it.

Just last week Bynes drove away from a cop writing her a ticket for talking on her cell phone. An investigation is currently ongoing if Bynes will face additional charges for the incident.

Her bail was set at five-thousand dollars.

Amanda Bynes is a serious rebel.

What does Amanda say? She wrote on Twitter, “I’m deleting that tweet because I don’t want to give them the attention they want! Peace and love peace and love!”
