Fashion Trends We’re Loving For 2012
Fashion Week always serves up a host of new and fun trends. Here’s some of the trends we’re watching and the fashion we’re loving for 2012.
Take your look from winter to spring with one of the season’s hottest trends, color blocking. When it’s executed correctly, you’ll look like you just stepped off a runway! To easily pull it off, add colored tights and remember to keep it simple!
Bright Denim – Make a statement this Spring & Summer with colored denim. We suggest you stick to a skinny style so the bold color doesn’t overpower your overall look. Wear them with camel or nude tones for the perfect contrast.
Oversized Hats – Some of the best fashion trends are not born of the catwalk; instead, our favorite celebs. Cue the over-sized 70s inspired floppy hat. BONUS: Wide-brimmed caps are a girl’s best friend when it comes to sun protection.
Animal Print – Get in touch with your wild side and rock a fabulous animal printed handbag. Pair your feisty bag with everything from jeans to a sheath for fun and flirty look that is undeniably sexy.
Rock the High Bun – Everywhere you turn you see them. For those who have been running around from show to show, know that keeping one’s hair back is a must. Instead of the classic ponytail, the high bun has become a trend again.
Celebs spotted with this look: Lindsay Lohan, Katy Perry, Miley Cyrus, Lauren Conrad and Rihanna.

Also spotted, Allie is Wired‘s own Ashley Torres giving instructions on how to do a SOCK BUN and Jennifer Lopez at the Academy Awards with her hair piled up high.
What’s your favorite fashion trend for 2012?
