Looks like Charlie might have fallen off the wagon…

Charlie Sheen has been laying low recently after what seemed to be a somewhat full recovery from his alcoholism and drug use, that is until this weekend.

The former actor was exiting a Guns N’ Roses concert and judging by his slurred speech and gestures with the paparazzi, it’s safe to say he was probably trashed.

While exiting the Palladium in Los Angeles Friday night, Sheen went on a mini rant about how the band would be better with Slash.

Then when asked what his favorite GNR song Charlie replied “Mr. Brownstone… imagine that?”

Mr. Brownstone is slang for the drug heroin.

Last but not least, a paparazzo yelled out to Charlie saying “I party like Charlie Sheen!”

Charlie’s parting words were, “And you’re still alive!?!”

Could this be the return of the crazy, “tigers blood” Charlie?
