Russell Brand is a real gentleman… or an idiot!

The former husband of singer Katy Perry is entitled to approximately $20 million of her fortune, but he doesn’t want it!

The final divorce papers were filed yesterday and it will be official on June 30.

Because the two did not have a prenup, everything they earned during the 14-month marriage can be split in half and given to both parties.

But according to a source, “This divorce is as amicable as it gets, and Russell was a mensch (a good person).”

So it looks like Brand is happy to walk away what he earned.

He’s no gold digger!
