‘Real Housewife’ Lisa Vanderpump Spin Off Didn’t Get Picked Up

Looks like ‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills‘ star Lisa Vanderpump won’t be getting her own show after all.

As we reported earlier, Vanderpump had shot a pilot based on the restaurants she owns, Villa Blanca and Sur.

Unfortunately, the Bravo network has decided not to pick it up for a full series.

A source close to the housewife says, “Lisa was hoping to follow in the footsteps of New York housewife Bethenny Frankel who had her own successful spin-offs focusing on her wedding and new baby but the network decided not to pick up her show.”

This must be awkward for Lisa who now has to return to the show she tried to ditch.

So now that Lisa is sticking around the ‘housewives’ crowd it looks like there will now be three original ladies left for season three.

With Camille Grammer, Kim Richards and Taylor Armstrong likely leaving the show producers are asking Lisa, Kyle Richards and Adrienne Maloof if they have any wealthy housewife friends that want to join.

It’s being rumored that Sylvester Stalone’s wife Jennifer Flavin has been approached to join, but it has not been confirmed if she actually will.
