Miley Cyrus Chopped Off Her Hair (Photo)

Miley Cyrus jumped on her Twitter account to announce to her near 5 million followers and say, “Got ANOTHER hair cut!”

You sure did, Girlfriend!

Some fans weren’t happy with the new haircut, saying it was a bit short.

Miley replied, “All y’all are saying its soooo short! Only cut about an inch & a half off tonight! In total about 5 inches!!! I love it! So liberating!”

She can always just throw a weave in, eh?
