Lana Del Ray Postpones Tour After ‘SNL’ Bomb (Video)

Singer Lana Del Ray will not be going on tour anytime soon.

Apparently, Lana’s team have decided to pull the plug on any more gigs for a while following her less then energetic performance on “Saturday Night Live.”

The “Video Games” singer’s performances were set to coincide with the release of her album “Born To Die,” but it looks like it might be a while before she gets behind the microphone.

“[Lana] and her manager decided to cancel [the tour] after ‘SNL,’” says a source. “She was very upset.”

“They figure it allows time for her to clear her head, then go back to selling tickets. More importantly, they figure, the extra time gives them more distance from ‘SNL,’” adds the source.

Even worse, it is being rumored that Interscope’s Jimmy Iovine and Lana’s booking agents agree that to tour right now would actually hurt record sales!

“Jimmy knew if she would have disappointed again, it would have backfired,” says another source.

Here’s the thing isn’t Lana’s music supposed to be mellow and somber? Do they expect her to start busting out in choreography and have pyrotechnics?

Okay, it was pretty bad.

Let’s be real.
