Justin Bieber is making dreams come true.

Bieber super fan, Avalanna Routh, is a six-year-old cancer patient who dreamt of meeting her idol.

Her dream became a reality when after her family created a Facebook page and Twitter account encouraging others to spread her story.

It caught Justin’s attention.

Justin’s manager, Scooter Braun, got in contact with Avalanna’s mother and told her there’d be meeting with the Biebz “sooner than you think.”

Braun then flew out Avalanna and her family to New York to meet her hero.

Justin tweeted the picture above with the following tweet:

Justin later went on to say that the event “inspired him.”

It’s always nice to see celebrities doing things like this for their fans.
