Steven Tyler Sings The National Anthem (Video)

Steven Tyler performed the national anthem during Sunday’s AFC Championship football game.

Steven performed the patriotic song at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro, Massachusetts before the game between the New England Patriots and the Baltimore Ravens.

Tyler showed his hometown team pride by wearing a sequined Patriots scarf, but some have complained about his rendition of the song.

FOX Sports compared his Sunday night performance to Janet Jackson‘s infamous nip slip at the Super Bowl XXXVIII halftime show.

“Steven Tyler far more obscene than Janet Jackson’s t*tty,” the journalist wrote on his Twitter.

To me, he sang it like he would any other song … like a rock star.

After the game, Tyler joined the Patriots while they celebrated their win.
