Lindsay Lohan just can’t catch a break!

The former superstar is being sued by a paparazzo who’s claiming that he was injured when he was struck by a car Lohan was in while she left a Hollywood night club.

The paparazzo, Grigor Balyan, says he was hit by the car Lindsay’s assistant was driving on January 10, 2010.

Balyan’s lawyer, Neil Steiner, says his client was treated for orthopedic and neurologic injuries and that all he wants is “reasonable compensation.”

But it looks like Lindsay will be facing more than just a lawsuit!

To kick off the New Year, it is being reported that Lohan now owes $93,701.57 to the IRS for failure to pay her federal income tax.

It turns out the actress never paid her income tax in 2009 and the Internal Revenue Service has obtained a lien against her.

I had no idea you had to pay taxes on cocaine…

You’d think this would be a quick fix for a woman who just made a reported million dollars for flashing her ta-tas for Playboy, but apparently she is only worth $500,000!
