Heather Locklear may have secretly entered rehab over abuse from Jack Wagner.

Heather was finally released from the hospital last week, but it appears there’s much more to the story.

It’s not being reported that her ex-fiance [Wagner] could face misdemeanor battery charges over a physical altercation that went down between them late last month.

“No criminal charges have been filed relating to this matter,” a Los Angeles City Attorney spokesman told E! News.

“A City Attorney Office hearing for the two individuals involved will be scheduled in the next couple of weeks. No further action is scheduled after that.”

The actual hearing date, that has yet to be set.

I have a feeling that there’s more skeletons in this closet.
