Demi Moore was rushed to the hospital last night for substance abuse!

Law enforcement has revealed that a 911 call was made at 10:45 PM.

Paramedics responded and arrived at Demi’s Los Angeles home and was transported to the hospital.

Sources are saying Moore has been placed in a facility to “seek further professional assistance.”

A rep for Demi says, “Because of the stresses in her life right now, Demi has chosen to seek professional assistance to treat her exhaustion and improve her overall health.”

“She looks forward to getting well and is grateful for the support of her family and friends,” adds the rep.

Just three days ago Demi promoted the following tweet:

Could this have been hinting towards her eventual over dose last night?

Unfortunately, in Hollywood “stress” and “exhaustion” usually means substance abuse and from what sources are saying that seems to be the truth.
