Aaron Carter has still been pining away over Hilary Duff.

A few weeks after wishing Hilary the best with her marriage and new baby on the way, Carter stopped by the Fox studios to reveal that he will “always” love his famous ex.

“I’m really happy for her that she’s in a successful relationship and that she’s going to have a baby,” he said.

“Sometimes I think to myself, maybe that could have been me but it is what it is.”

I wonder how Lindsay Lohan feels about all of this?!

Carter, who is promoting his theater debut in “The Fantasticks” said, “she knows I will always love her. It’s crazy, that’s ancient history now.”

Carter just completed rehab last year.
