Lindsay Lohan was scheduled to return from her ‘much needed’ Hawaiian vacation in time for a scheduled taping of The Ellen DeGeneres Show, but was a no-show.

“Not a call or an apology from Lindsay,” a show insider said.

I’m sure Lindsay was contractually obligated with Playboy to appear, no?

Lindsay’s excuse? A travel related issue.

“Lindsay was delayed in Hawaii due to a travel-related issue. She will be heading back this evening in time to appear in court tomorrow. Lindsay offered to tape ‘Ellen’ tomorrow, but the show was unable to shift things around, and tomorrow is their last day of taping for the season.”

However, hours after she arrived back in L.A. last night, she was already partying again at Jay-Z’s concert.

Lohan’s rep told TMZ that the actress offered to tape a segment for “Ellen” today — but Ellen’s people turned her down due to scheduling issues.

Hopefully, Ellen never has time available again.
