Hangover II Faces More Legal Battles From Louis Vuitton (Video)
Louis Vuitton has filed suit against Warner Bros. alleging that a handbag featured in the movie “The Hangover Part II” is a fake.
They want the movie pulled until the scene is removed.

In the scene, the character played by Zach Galifianakis cautions, “Careful, that is a Louis Vuitton.”
The brand claims it has been damaged by the consumer confusion, as the dialogue has become a sort of catchphrase.
He doesn’t even pronounce the name correctly.
It is not first lawsuit that the movie has faced. The studio was sued earlier this year by a tattoo artist who claimed Ed Helms‘ tattoo was copied from the design he made for boxer Mike Tyson.
Louis Vuitton doesn’t have a sense of humor, remember when they went after Britney Spears?
