Last Wednesday, Miley Cyrus celebrated her 19th birthday with a special cake that had been made especially just for her. A Bob Marley cake.

A silver haired Kelly Osbourne presented the cake to her friend, and Cyrus mused that “you know you’re a stoner when your friends make you a Bob Marley cake. You know you smoke way too much f#cking weed..”

The birthday banter continued with Ms Kelly O asking, “I thought Salvia was your problem Miley?”, referring back to last year’s controversial bong video.

And am I the only one that thinks that Kelly looks a little stoned in her own right?

So Miley smokes some pot… big deal. You could be doing so much worse!

According to Kelly’s twitter, the whole thing was a joke.
