Kate Major Arrested For Battery

Michael Lohan’s Ex, Kate Major, was arrested last night at LAX for beating someone up on a plane.

Reportedly, Major was on a Delta flight from Los Angeles to Tampa when police say she battered a fellow passenger on the plane around 11:45 PM.

Major was escorted off the plane and booked for misdemeanor battery.

But, not unlike her ex’s daughter, Lindsay Lohan, Kate didn’t spend much time in jail.

Actually, she didn’t even go to jail!

Instead, she was just cited and released around 2 AM.

According to law enforcement sources, Major was intoxicated during the attack, but her drunkenness was not a factor in the arrested.

You can’t blame her for being so aggressive, when you date Michael Lohan you’ve got to stay on your toes.

You never know when that coke-head’s (allegedly) going to snap!
