The first photo of Justin Bieber’s child has been released on the newest cover of Star Magazine!

Ok, so it’s allegedly his child, according to a 20-year old Californian woman, named Mariah Yeater who filed a paternity lawsuit on Monday.

Justin’s son is named Tristyn Anthony Markhouse Yeater and was born on July 6 of this year.

According to Yeater’s affidavit which she signed while sworn under the penalty of perjury, the Beibs and her had sex on October 25 of last year backstage at L.A.’s Staple Center. She was 19 years old.

I don’t know who’s going to get this girl first, Selena Gomez or the Beliebers?

Regarding her lawsuit, Mariah told the judge, “When I later realized I was pregnant with Justin Bieber’s baby, I tried to contact him through his representatives but no one ever called me back.”

“On July 6, 2011, I gave birth to a baby boy. That was exactly 36 weeks and two days after the sexual encounter with Justin Bieber. Based upon the timing as well as the fact there were no other possible men that I had sex with that could be the father of this baby, I believe that Justin Bieber is in fact the father of my baby,” she adds.

Justin’s legal team is now in damage control mode and is denying everything.

A rep for the teen idol released a statement saying, “While we haven’t yet seen the lawsuit, it’s sad that someone would fabricate malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false claims.”

The rep adds, “We will vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to defend and protect Justin against these allegations.”

Yeater is suing to have Bieber take a paternity test and to provide support for their child… allegedly.
