Leann Rhimes is looking good now-a-days and she… oh my god it’s Kate Gosselin!

That’s right Kate Gosselin officially has a new face… maybe.

The former reality star is now a blogger for the small couponing website CouponCabin.com and like anyone’s first day at a new job she did a photo shoot.

The picture that resulted from said photo shoot has most people asking, “Did she get a new face?”

USweekly put together a collage of the evolution of Kate Gosselin, with her newest face at the bottom right corner.

In the collage we see Kate go from normal, frumpy housewife with eight kids to local porn star.

According to a source close to the coupon blogger, “She’s consumed with her appearance.”

Kate, who got a tummy tuck in 2007 and breast implants in 2009, reportedly tans three times a week and does Botox as well.

How much do you want to bet she uses coupons for those tanning sessions… just saying.

A New York Plastic surgeon, Dr. Jon Turk, explains that the more define jawline and changed eye shape “suggests a facelift.”

I have an idea for Kate, ditch the couponing business and move down to the OC and join the cast of Real Housewives of Orange County.

She’d so fit in with all the fake tanning and Botox.
