Talk about crossing that proverbial line.

Prosecutors just showed an image of Michael Jackson‘s dead, naked body and TMZ has posted it to their website.

Seriously?

The photo was shown in court today while the doctor who performed an autopsy on the singer told jurors that it would have been nearly impossible for Jackson to have given himself a lethal dose of drugs.

Jackson died of a drug overdose of the powerful anesthetic propofol, after rehearsing for his comeback tour.

Dr. Conrad Murray, Jackson’s personal physician, could face four years of prison if convicted of involuntary manslaughter in the singer’s death.

TMZ… I really think you should take the photo down. So should you, New York Daily News.

Thank you for not posting the picture. It’s disgraceful. When it comes to other high-profile cases, we normally don’t see the death photos, or at least to this extent. It’s a shame that in life, Michael was exploited, and in death, he is still being exploited.

Let the man rest in peace. This picture should never have been made available. His children are of an age where they could easily come across this without even intending to. It’s EVERYWHERE this morning. They could just be going to visit one of their favorite websites and stumble upon it. Shameful. So sad.
