Kristen Davis has adopted a baby girl, Gemma Rose Davis, her rep confirmed to People on Friday.

“This is something I have wanted for a very long time,” the actress said in a statement. “Having this wish come true is even more gratifying than I ever had imagined. I feel so blessed.”

Kristin’s “SATC” character, Charlotte York Goldenblatt, has adopted her first child too. The character, and husband Harry Goldenblatt, adopted fictional baby Lily from China.

Davis, who has never been married, has been linked to Alec Baldwin, Rick Fox, Liev Schreiber and Jeff Goldblum in the past.
