Does Justin Bieber even know what he’s doing?

I’m not sure how long ago this photo was taken, but a fan submitted it to Starz Uncut and had this to say about it:

“I cannot believe the little sh*t threw up westside and started acting hard like he got jumped into a gang or something, does he know he could get shot up for something like that.”

A bill that makes unauthorized Web streaming of copyrighted content a felony has sparked fears that artists like Justin Bieber or others who use YouTube could spend up to five years in jail.

The non-profit organization Fight for the Future recently launched a website and campaign named “Free Bieber.” The website refers to a bill that would make posting a video containing any copyrighted work a felony that could result in up to five years in prison.

“But wait … didn’t Justin Bieber get famous by posting YouTube videos of himself singing copyrighted R&B songs?” the website states. “Yep, if this new bill passes, he could get 5 years in jail.”

Bieber fans better sign that petition!
