Can you believe it? Finally some words of wisdom from Jon Gosselin himself! After TLC canned Kate Plus 8 he had some pretty simple advice for his ex-wife, Kate.

Honestly? This may be the smartest thing Jonny boy has ever said:

“Reality TV is not a career. She should get to back to a normal life, a simple life. Things will work out the way they should work out. Obviously, there are families out there that have several kids – people work normal jobs, and things work out. I go to work every day and provide for my family. I spend time with my kids – spend time on the weekends and enjoy a normal lifestyle.”

I never thought I would say this but I think I’m in Jon’s corner. After Kate Gosselin recently voiced her concerns about being able maintain the lifestyle that she has provided the Gosselin gang with over the years, perhaps living the simple life is just what she and her lil goslings need. For Mama K’s sake and her kiddos sake (and don’t forget Jon’s sake) I hope that it all DOES work out.

Yeah yeah, sometimes reality bites, but it’s time to live in the now. Kate, you may or may not want to get real and make some adjustments, just sayin’.
