Evan Rachel Wood Loses Tooth In A Club

Evan Rachel Wood took a blow to the face last night and lost a tooth!

A source reveals that the actress and former fiancé to Marylyn Manson was at a club with some friends in Paris when the whole situation went down.

Apparently, someone on the dance floor got a little too jiggy with it and accidentally elbowed Wood right in mouth.

The impact knocked out her tooth and gave her a huge fat lip.

Unfortunately for the toothless actress, she is on tour to promote her new movie ‘Ides of March’ and her HBO series ‘Mildred Pierce.’

Sources reveal she has already set up an appointment with a dentist to something about her giant gap.

Oh yea and today also happens to be her birthday… way to celebrate Evan Rahcel Wood.
