Seems like Lindsay Lohan is falling back into her old ways.

This is the third day in a row that Lohan has gone out and partied it up in Malibu with frienemy Paris Hilton.

Lindsay and Paris were partying all night and didn’t call it quits until 4 AM Sunday morning!

When leaving Paris’ Malibu beach home Lindsay pulled her hood up and jumped into a car that drove her home.

Sounds like somebody didn’t want to be seen.

Although Lindsay is still on probation for theft and DUI, she doesn’t seem to see the problem with partying all night.

Even after Judge Stephanie Sautner warned Lohan to “go back to community service and your life will be in order,” she is still seen partying more than serving her time.

If Lindsay doesn’t finish all her community service within the required time the judge has no problem taking action in punishing her, she will not be accepting any excuses.

Get it together Lindsay.
