Perhaps one of the biggest scandals of 2011, and it’s getting totally out of hand!

During a hearing for the News of the World phone hacking scandal, billionaire media mogul Rupert Murdoch became the victim, when comedian Jonnie Marbles threw a shaving cream pie right into his face.

Speaking of the incident, Marbles took to Twitter and said, “It is a far better thing that I do now than I have ever done before #splat”

Admission of guilt right there.

James Murdoch, who was sitting next to him at the witness table, leaped to his father’s defense.

Rupert Murdoch’s wife, Wendi Deng, who was sitting behind the mogul, jumped up and reached out to slap the offender. [crack!]

What a big circus.
